EUROPE! Okay okay.. its been quite some time so im just gonna type by the days. 1st Day. We landed in amsterdam, holland, Europe. There we travelled to my grand-aunt's place and we rested for a day. xD 2nd Day . We went to TWO places. Volendam (pronounced as hollandum) and Windmill Village. In volendam, we bought some souvenires.. and took a volendam photo (meaning we played dress-up and took a traditional photo against a background) xD Then we went to windmill village. It was SOO WINDY! Brr.. xD There i went up a windmill and saw how it worked. Then we went to see how the wooden clogs were made.. Kinde interesting. Took some great photos there too! 3rd Day. With our family members, we went to Paris, France. We got lost numerous times on the way. which was.. kinde irritating. But in the end we reached our hotel ^^ The hotel also is not like Singapore's. The toilet is at the corridor! Meaning outside the room. THe room only contained 2 beds, a sink and a small tv. It was alright i guess. At least the toilets were clean cos they were self-cleaning. 4th Day. We took the metro (like a MRT) to the eiffel tower. We got lost down at metro till a nice lady helped us. xD We climbed up till the top of the tower! We also saw some other interesting stuff. The only problem with paris is that not many ppl speak english. xD Plus not much toilets. If there is, then its only 1 cubicle + self-cleaning. Meaning After one person finish using, must wait 2 min or so then the next person can go in. (Got lights to tell us) Lol. 5th Day (TODAY!) We are now in Lyon, another place in France. It was a 4-5hr drive. xD its now 9:45PM , 15 June in Lyon. (SINGAPORE TIME: 2:45AM , 16 June) lol Ill post again whenever possible. | ||||
